Our House

Our house on the lake with owner’s apartment on the ground floor and one apartment each on the first and second floor is located in Zell am See directly on the shore of Lake Zell.

It is located on Thumersbacher Landesstraße with address Prielaustraße 1, in front of the house there are free parking spaces for guests.

The two comfortably and modernly furnished holiday apartments facing south towards the lake with a spacious and functional room layout, lake view balcony and central heating and hot water are accessed via a separate staircase with a separate entrance and stairs.

There is only one holiday apartment on each floor, which means that there is a high degree of privacy.

The sleeping areas are furnished with sufficient cupboards, double beds and bedside tables, the living areas are furnished with comfortable seating areas.

The bathrooms have window exposure, toilet, shower niche or shower, large washbasins with shelves, in the larger holiday apartment they also have a bathtub and room air extractor and cupboards for storing bathroom utensils and are high-quality, modern tiled.

The kitchens, each with large dining tables and sufficient lower and upper cabinets, are equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, ceramic hob and extractor fan with workplace lighting.

Each apartment has a TV, radio and free internet access (WIFI).

Seating groups on the balconies invite you to linger and relax.
